Jini – Zettai ryouiki
A couple of things that I hold dear to my heart are maids, and zettai ryouiki. We got to shoot two looks with Jini for the latter topic today, one in uniform and one more innocent. Thighhighs that are juuuust the right height are the best. <3

Madfest Melbourne 2016
Madfest was wonderful. For a first convention I think they did a smashing job. Mind you I wasn’t actually there to see stuff, more to meet friends and shoot some photos. The area outside is beautiful for the latter, and I took full advantage of it.

Alex – Saber Alter
This was kind of a difficult shoot. Cool looking locations aren’t easy to come by, and none of us there were in perfect health. We made do and I’m pretty happy with the results. I’m especially pleased with the gate in the background, arches are very nice.

SMASH 2016
SMASH was fantastic this year. I saw lots of friends, got to take some photos, and had my car BISMRK on display in the itasha section. Can’t wait to do it again!

Snow jaunt
I’m gonna be lazy and not add enough information. But we’ve got a fawn, Zakuro and Susukihotaru from Otome Youkai Zakuro, a Qunari Inquisitor from Dragon Age, and Jon Snow from Game of Thrones.

Supanova Sydney 2016
It rained. Like it does every year. That didn’t dissuade too many people though, there was a good turnout and lots of good cosplay on show. The Hasselblad I referred to above was an H4D, with a 50 megapixel sensor and 80mm lens (about 50mm equivalent on full-frame). I didn’t have a lot of hands-on…
