ANYA – Akiko (OniAi)

We drove up to Mt Wilson for a nice autumn-themed shoot, though this was more of a lighting experiment than anything else for me. Anya is a fantastically cute brocon imouto!

A big octabox just out of frame produces lovely soft light and nice texture on the skin and clothing.
The same octabox setup, but with a hairlight to provide a bit of separation and interest. It’s a bare speedlight bulb, so unfortunately it’s a little bit harsh and plasticky, A softer light would’ve been perfect there.
Soft autumn leaves feel great to roll around on XD
A friend in HK suggested trying a black and white conversion. It’s a little heavy but I do like the look.
