We travelled via Singapore on the way to Greece and Italy, and of course I took plenty of photos. It was a fun time! This is stuff I shot on the Sony A7.3, while the other post is everything I shot on film in the Mamiya.
Singapore
We went to Gardens by the Bay, and most of the photos are from the Cloud Forest. It was really nice, and there was a Monet exhibition inside there, which I think was very worth it.
Greece
The huge ships were docked at the port in Syros. Everything else is of course at the Acropolis in Athens.
Italy
Rome
Orvieto
Orvieto is a lovely little place, we spent most of our brief visit in its cathedral.
Siena
Another beautiful city, this time with some very steep alleys.
San Gimignano
A tiny little town that retains pretty much all its classical buildings, not much modern.
Meals in Florence and Montecarlo
Lunch was at a winery near Florence, Castello di Querceto. Doggo was at the place we had dinner, Fattoria il Poggio.
I got to try grappa for the first time during dinner, our guide wasn’t kidding when he said it’s like petrol. It’s very strong, and definitely an acquired taste. I’d try it again but my God it wasn’t pleasant.
