The pandemic has been a weird time. Almost a year ago I felt so ready to be more sociable and get back into doing photos. And then… [gestures] this all happened. Everyone’s a bit on edge about getting infected but I’m glad I went to the OzComicCon popup to catch up with a few people.

Katherine is cosplaying as Aoandon from Onmyouji, a popular mobile game. This specific outfit is actually a fan-created design, you’d hardly know it. It’s a more western traditional style compared to her standard traditional Japanese costume, I really like it.

I had the Nikon F5 loaded with Kodak ProImage 100, which was easy to shoot on a nice bright day like today. The 85mm f/1.4D was an easy choice again.

You might not be able to tell, but if you open the larger view you can see this film is a bit crunchy. I’ve made some small tweaks in Lightroom to reduce the impact, but it’s definitely not unnoticeable.
