Ranma is one of my nostalgic favourites, from when I was a budding otaku and the only available anime was dubbed VHS releases. As one of the first things I ever watched I think it’s safe to say it shaped some of my attitudes pretty strongly.

We were meant to have a Shampoo for this shoot but she wasn’t available at the last minute, so we made do. Ranma has plenty of cool options himself/herself.

The weather forecast said it was going to rain so we planned accordingly. I was really hoping to capture some high-drama shots with visible raindrops, but it didn’t quite work as strongly as planned. You need decently heavy rain and properly placed flash for them to show up properly. So it was worth a shot, but back to photoshop we go!
